Chef Rochelle became the Culinary Arts Instructor in August 2021. He came with much restaurant experience and teaching experience (taught Art classes at Cypress Park Elementary). He was co-owner and operator of a lucrative catering business, Creative Catering in Cleveland, MS and co-owner and operator City Hall Cheesecake in Collierville, TN. In addition to his cooking and teaching experience, he worked as a Pro Salesman for Lowes for 17 years. We are proud to have him as a member of our staff.
