Welcome to Our Class!

In Culinary Arts Year 2 we will expand on the knowledge and skills gains during Culinary Arts Year 1. 

We will learn new skills and techniques to further our students' culinary experiences,

We will learn, discuss, and prepare for the ServSafe Manager Certification Exam which each student will have the opportunity to take prior to completing the program.

Culinary nutrition and fitness are my main passions. 

I am always willing to share the importance of nourishing our bodies with nutritious foods. 

I enjoy running in races that raise money in support of great causes. My favorites are for Humane societies and St. Jude.
